Janet is a Career and Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant. With over twelve years of experience, she assists individuals in developing capabilities to achieve personal and professional success, achievement and satisfaction. She works with entrepreneurs, freelancers and people in all sizes of companies – from small start-ups to Fortune 500. Her specialties include entertainment, media, the arts, communications, marketing, law, technology and engineering. In addition to her private coaching practice, Janet is an Adjunct Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, where she has acquired a strong background in all aspects of career management and development. Janet facilitates seminars and provides coaching and assistance in all aspects of career transition. She previously worked in the film industry in post-production, development and producing Janet is a frequent Guest Lecturer/Presenter. She has presented at the University of Southern California, Boston University, Irell & Manella LLP, and the Motion Picture Film Editors’ Guild. Janet was an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. She is presently affiliated with the UCLA Alumni Association’s Career Network. Janet received a M.S.W. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Temple University. She completed advanced training at the College of Executive Coaching and the Coaches Training Institute. In her practice she utilizes the most widely used career management and leadership development assessments. Janet was a fellow in the post-graduate training program in psychotherapy at Cedars Sinai Hospital. She has been licensed in California since 1994.
